Job Description
RJB Technical Consulting a leading SharePoint Professional Services organization located outside Philadelphia is seeking high energy "A Players" to join our sales team.
As a Sales Account Executive you will drive sales in an assigned region to support RJB's aggressive growth strategy, and be responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business within existing accounts.
Duties:
- Responsible for the sales of professional SharePoint and Office 365 Consulting Services including projects, managed services, staff augmentation and partner software.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and generate revenue towards a defined quota.
- Sell consultatively and recommend to prospects and clients RJB solutions to address their business issues.
- Leverage existing relationships to sell into Fortune 1000 companies.
- Develop qualified leads and opportunities through referrals, email, phone calls, events and networking.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospect business problems, the effects of the problems, and RJB SharePoint solutions.
- Identify and build effective relationships with decision makers and influencers to close business.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in company’s CRM system.
- Maintain updated territory sales forecasts in company CRM system.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years Microsoft Partner sales experience with demonstrated track record of successful quota attainment selling technology services.
- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and working with clients on solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies.
- Technology savvy possessing great follow up and follow thru skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to do quality work under stress, heavy workload and tight deadlines.
- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree (Business or Computer Science preferred).
