Microsoft Competencies

Microsoft enforces strict requirements in order to achieve Gold and Silver competencies for Microsoft SharePoint. Partners need to…
  • Pass technical exams and business assessments based on the latest Microsoft product versions.
  • Acquire certifications.
  • Provide three to five customer references per competency as well as an additional Customer Satisfaction Index for Gold certifications.

Currently there are more than 400,000 Microsoft partners worldwide eligible to attain these new competencies. Of these, fewer than 7% have achieved one or more of the 29 available competencies – RJB Technical Consulting has accomplished 1 gold and 3 silver competencies
