RJB SharePointCare is an annual agreement billed on a monthly basis, designed to complement and extend an organization’s internal resources to meet their SharePoint specific administration requirements. The program provides flexibility to meet growing demand levels as the platform’s capabilities are leveraged across the enterprise without increasing staff, while tapping into the expertise and experience of the RJB team of SharePoint Specialists.
Highlights of the program include: - Proactive 24x7x365 monitoring and alerts (agent based)
- Ongoing Monthly Health Checks
- Remote Administration Support
- Business hour support (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM ET)
- < 4 business hour response for system critical events, < 2 business day response for non-critical events
- Telephone, email, Live Meeting and/or remote access support. Examples include: issue resolution, log file maintenance & system tuning, patch updates, advisory services, knowledge transfer
